Zoo Themed Boy Baptism in Lycabettus

People from Switzerland and Ethiopia will travel to Greece for Aaron’s boy baptism and 1st birthday party!”. These were the first words that the baby boy’s parents told us. Needless to say that we got really excited about this baptism from the first moment!

Mount Lycabettus in the center of Athens was the perfect location for Aaron’s boy baptism. Additionally, everyone would love the breath-taking view of Athens from up there! The dinner party would be a total success! The stunning view and the warm summer sun impressed the guests from the first moment they stepped on the top of the Lycabettus Mount!

THE CONCEPT

For Aaron’s baptism and birthday party, we wanted something fun and quirky, appropriate for a little boy! Furthermore, we decided to create a “Baby zoo” theme. Our little boy loved wild animals so it was the best choice! Also, we loved how unique our theme was, we had lots of room to play and experiment!

Our team used tropical flowers for floral decorations of this boy baptism. Also, we opted for little monkeys, giraffes, and lions as our decorations! We decorated the Orizontes restaurant with leaves and tropically inspired adornments. Everyone loved them!

THE PARTY

For the boy baptism reception, we created a candy bar filled with little chocolate cupcakes and biscuits shaped like monkeys, lions, and other jungle animals. They were beautiful. However, the star of our candy bar was Aaron’s birthday cake. Moreover, a double-tiered cake with green fondant and, of course, zoo animals! All the kids loved it and Aaron was delighted when he blew out his candle!

Additionally, we created a lovely photo booth setting for our guests to take pictures. Our team created the christening favors with burlap bags and colorful ribbons that matched the colors of our theme perfectly. Everyone had a lovely time in Aaron’s boy baptism! It was a day to remember!
